Planning your event catering with O’Gumbo is simple. Here’s what to expect:

  1. Submit an Inquiry – Browse our menu and complete the form with your event details.

  2. Consultation & Quote – We’ll follow up to discuss your needs, finalize details, and provide pricing.

  3. Secure Your Order – A deposit and signed contract are required to confirm your booking.

  4. Enjoy Fresh, Delicious Food – Your meal is prepared with care and available for pickup or delivery.

Important Notes:

  • Menu Prices do not include delivery, setup, or service staff. These details will be discussed during the follow-up consultation.

  • Orders must be placed 14 days in advance to ensure availability.

  • Deposit due when contract is signed and Remaining Balance paid prior to event.
