Meet our chefs
O’Gumbo Southern Cuisine was established in Hattiesburg, MS by owners Rodney O. Fairley and his wife Monique Fairley. We started cooking Gumbo for family and friends from our home. After so many great reviews, we started going out to pop-ups at local culinary events, we quickly gained notoriety for our Seafood Gumbo. We bought our first food truck in January 2024. Since then we have served over 1,000 + bowls of Gumbo and thousands of our southern cuisines.
